Frosts
Focus have been providing Frosts with telecom services for nearly 4 years. They provide us with a single monthly bill for all of our call charges and line rental. As a car dealership we are open 7 days a week and it is refreshing to receive excellent levels of customer care even on the weekend - no matter what the enquiry, our account manager is always on hand to help. I just wanted to thank the team at Focus for their hard work during our ongoing redevelopment programme. The works that have gone on here over the past few months have been challenging to say the least but the telecoms infrastructure has been relocated successfully with minimal disruption.
We cut back many of the outdated processes that had been occupying staff time. Within weeks the Club staffs were able to get back to their jobs, and trust their IT infrastructure to just work. We continue to work closely with RDF Group.

Elta Fans signed up with Focus on September 29th 2009, transferring all our lines, calls and 2 lines with a broadband service attached. The process has been completely seamless, with no problems or interruptions incurred. As queries have arisen, a simple phone call has been made and the issue resolved quickly by either Antony or their customer service department / help desk. Indeed, we had a complete line crash this week, which was fixed within 1 hour of them being advised.
We have also introduced two of our subsidiary companies and our Group office to Focus, making substantial savings for them as well as ourselves.
